Hello.

I’m Emily, a Senior Creative Copywriter based in Bristol. I’m passionate about ideas. Ideas that solve problems, create waves for clients and ultimately, improve people’s moods (even just a smidge). I’m also a huge advocate for word play. Some call me a glutton for pun-ishment. Moving swiftly on…

I’ve spent the last five years in London agencies, sculpting tone of voice, weaving stories, influencing creative strategy and developing killer concepts. I’ve worked consumer side for the likes of Asahi Super Dry, Glenfiddich, Pilsner Urquell, Kozel, Axi, Botran, BEARFACE and more. I’ve also stepped into the world of Employer Branding and University advertising, where I’ve created campaigns and brands that help people find that meaningful next step in life.

Before then, I wrote for some of the world’s largest tech brands including Microsoft, Sage, O2 and Salesforce – distilling complex solutions into pithy copy that got them heard.

Rewind again, and I attended the University of Exeter, where I was Arts & Lit editor for the student newspaper and studied English Literature, graduating with a first.

Step back even further, and you’ll find me buried in a book or rooting through aisle 12 of HobbyCraft.

So far, it’s been a wild, wordy ride. I can’t wait to see where creativity will take me next.
